In a turnover ceremony held at the Office of the President on January 3, 2025, outgoing CTE Dean Dr. Arvin Kim A. Arnila officially handed over the deanship of the College of Teacher Education (CTE) to Dr. Sergio F. Tolentino III.
Dr. Arnila, who served as Dean of the College of Teacher Education for two years, was recognized during the ceremony for his dedicated leadership and significant contributions to the College of Teacher Education.
The ceremony was presided over by University President, Dr. Jeffrey A. Clarin. Also present as witnesses were Dr. Anna Mae C. Relingo, Vice President for Administration; Dr. Eleanor F. Rosales, Vice President for Academic Affairs; and Prof. Julie Ann A. Salido, Vice President for Research and Extension.
Dr. Tolentino, the incoming dean, previously served as the Faculty Regent of Aklan State University during the fiscal year 2021. He is also the previous Director of Alumni and Public Relations.
