ASU is announcing its ONLINE ADMISSION APPLICATION for Academic Year (A.Y.) 2024-2025
ONLINE ADMISSION APPLICATION SCHEDULEwill start on January 2, 2024, and ends on February 29, 2024
For Graduating Grade 12 Students:
E-copy of Certification from the School Principal that the applicant is graduating this AY 2023-2024
E-copy of Certified True Copy of Grade 12 Report Card or DepEd Form 138 that reflects the grades in the 1st Quarter.
For Transferees:
E-copy of Certified True Copy of Transcript of Records (TOR) from the last school attented with remarks “For Evaluation purposes only”.
Note: Requirements must be in JPEG, JPG or PDF file format and shall be uploaded on your google drive. Please see further instructions during your online admission application process.
