Aklan State University commenced its ISO 9001:2015 Stage 2 Audit with an opening meeting today, November 17, 2025, conducted at the ASU-Banga Review Center. The event began with an opening message from SUC President Dr. Jeffrey A. Clarin, followed by the introduction of the evaluators and participants. With the opening meeting concluded, TuvRheinland auditors are currently evaluating key areas in the university.
The ISO 9001:2015 Stage 2 Audit is the final, on-site assessment where auditors verify that an organization’s Quality Management System is effectively implemented in daily operations to determine its eligibility for certification.
If ASU passes this Stage 2 audit, it will be officially awarded ISO 9001:2015 certification, confirming that its educational and operational systems meet international standards for quality and efficiency.
