In line with the simultaneous conduct of PaIndis-Indis 2026 activities across all Aklan State University campuses, the University hereby declares November 3, 2026 as a University-Wide Health and Wellness Break for all students.

This initiative aims to provide students with an opportunity to rest, recharge, and attend to their physical and mental well-being, thereby promoting holistic development, academic success, and personal growth.

To support the conduct of campus-based activities and ensure operational continuity, all teaching and non-teaching personnel, including those under Job Order (JO) and Contract of Service (COS) status, shall be placed under a Flexible Work Arrangement on the said date and shall submit an accomplishment report, duly noted by their immediate supervisor. This shall not apply to security personnel on duty and other personnel whose physical presence is required by their respective office heads.

Moreover, previously scheduled Campus activities on November 3, 2026 shall proceed as planned.
