A new chapter of student leadership unfolds at Aklan State University as the newly elected officers of the Federation of University Student Councils (FUSC) formally took their oath of office and participated in the turn-over ceremony held on June 8, 2026, at the OP Board Room, ASU-Banga.
The program opened with welcome remarks from Dr. Marlyn V. Baylosis, Director of Student Affairs, followed by an inspiring message and the administration of the oath by Dr. Jeffrey A. Clarin, SUC President III. The ceremonial turn-over of responsibilities was led by Hon. Alexander F. Asuncion, Outgoing FUSC President, marking the official transition to the new student leadership.
Leading the council is ๐๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐๐ฅ ๐๐๐ฒ ๐. ๐๐๐ฒ๐๐จ, who will serve not only as FUSC President but also as the ๐ฆ๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ ๐ฅ๐ฒ๐ด๐ฒ๐ป๐, representing the entire student body in the Aklan State University Board of Regentsโthe highest governing body of the University.
