At the third leg of a series of sessions to be conducted across all Aklan State University (ASU) campuses, the University Information Office spearheaded the Campus Information Drive on Policies for Branding, Marketing, and Communications at ASU-Makato, bringing together unit heads, office support staff, faculty members, student leaders, and campus publication representatives.

The program commenced with the preliminaries and an inspiring welcome message from Dr. Florie May S. Gonzaga, BPE Program Chair who spoke in behalf of Dr. Amelia T. Navejas, Campus Director of ASU-Makato. Mr. Raymond P. Elitiong, Information Officer III, discussed the ASU Communications Manual, while Ms. Wendelyn T. Meรฑez, Campus Information Officer, detailed the campus information workflow.

Mr. Jesstin Jay T. Beltran, Information Officer I, presented the ASU Branding and Style Guide, underscoring the importance of consistent and professional visual identity across all university platforms.

An engaging open forum, moderated by Ms. Lovella Chris L. Palma, provided participants an avenue for clarifications and insights. The session concluded with closing remarks from Ms. Meรฑez, reinforcing the universityโ€™s commitment to unified communication standards across all campuses.
