Aklan State University (ASU) officials participated in the 1st AACCUP Presidentsโ Summit held on August 14, 2025, at the Century Park Hotel, Manila. Organized by the Accrediting Agency of Chartered Colleges and Universities in the Philippines (AACCUP), the summit gathered presidents and key academic leaders from state universities and colleges nationwide to discuss policies, innovations, and collaborative strategies for strengthening quality assurance and accreditation in higher education. Representing ASU were SUC President III, Dr. Jeffrey A. Clarin; VPRITE, Dr. Julie Ann A. Salido; VPAA, Dr. Eleanor F. Rosales; QA Director, Dr. Luchelyn Beltran; and Campus Directors Dr. Amelia T. Navejas (ASU-Makato) and Dr. Angeline G. Regalado (ASU-Kalibo). Their participation affirms ASUโs dedication to upholding national and global academic standards.
