The University Information Office (UIO) continued its Campus Information Drive on Policies for Branding, Marketing, and Communications with its second stop at the Audio-Visual Room (AVR) of Aklan State University in New Washington on August 13, 2025. Following the initial session in ASU-Kalibo, the activity aims to equip all ASU campuses with a unified understanding of the universityโ€™s communications standards. Discussions covered the ASU Communications Manual, information workflow, and the official Branding and Style Guide. The initiative underscores the UIOโ€™s commitment to strengthening institutional identity and ensuring consistent, professional communication across all campuses in alignment with ASUโ€™s vision and mission.

The session was emceed by James S. Fuentes Jr., with key presentations delivered by Mr. Raymond P. Elitiong, Ms. Jodie Beatriz Zamora, and Mr. Jesstin Jay T. Beltran. Ms. Jodie Beatriz Zamora gave the welcome remarks in behalf of Campus Director, Prof. Francis I. Renacido, Ms. Lovella Chris L. Palma moderated the forum.
