Aklan State University (ASU) and the Commission on Audit (COA) formally opened the CY 2025 audit with an entrance conference on August 12, 2025, at AVR, ASU-Banga.
The conference, led by COA Audit Team Leader Atty. Mae T. Dela Torre-Borla, outlined the objectives, scope, and methodology of the audit, which will cover the Universityโs transactions and operations for C.Y. 2025-2026.
COAโs review will include financial statements, procurement plans, program implementation, and prior yearsโ audit recommendations, ensuring fiscal integrity and operational efficiency for ASU.
