Non-Teaching personnel of Aklan State University-Ibajay kick off their In-Service Training (INSET) with first part of Day 1, graced with the presence of the University President Dr. Jeffrey A. Clarin, at Savoy Hotel, Boracay Newcoast, Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan on July 24-25 2026.
The first part highlighted the first Talk of Dr. Eleonor R. Teopy on “Work Ethics and Self-Discipline” followed by the second talk of Dr. Norivic N. Gilongos on “Emotional Intelligence.”
The second day included a team-building activity for the personnel to strengthen their bond with each other and unite as one team working for public service.
The INSET is aimed to capacitate non-teaching personnel with a variety of skills and knowledge that will be helpful and meaningful for better delivery of services this approaching Academic Year 2025-2026.
