ASU-Ibajay convened key stakeholders on July 21, 2025, for a comprehensive presentation of the university’s 2025–2034 Strategic Plan.
The event opened with a warm welcome from VP for Administration, Dr. Anna Mae C. Relingo. Attendees included faculty members, administrative staff, student leaders, and local stakeholders from the community.
Ms. Junaly M. Relado, Planning Officer II, presented the BOR-approved Vision, Mission, Goals, and Objectives (VMGO), laying a strong foundation for the discussions that followed. Mr. Arthur E. Jizmundo, Planning Officer III, then unveiled the updated organizational structure, emphasizing alignment with the broader institutional goals.
A major highlight was the presentation of the proposed roadmap and strategic milestones by Dr. Michael T. Ibisate, Director of Planning and Development. His segment detailed priority areas such as academic excellence, infrastructure development, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability.
The open forum sparked dynamic discussions, allowing participants to voice concerns, ask questions, and offer suggestions—demonstrating the campus’s commitment to participatory governance. In his closing remarks, Ibajay Campus Director Prof. Jerby J. Paderes expressed gratitude for the active involvement of the ASU community.
As the event wrapped up with the awarding of certificates, the energy was hopeful—marking the start of a decade-long journey fueled by collaboration and shared purpose.
