Aklan State University (ASU) hosted the FY 2026 Budget Consultation with Stakeholders today at the CAFES Function Hall, ASU Banga, Aklan. The event gathered university officials, planning officers, and stakeholders to discuss the institution’s financial planning and development priorities.
The program commenced with the program preliminaries, followed by Dr. Jeffrey A. Clarin, SUC President III of ASU, who delivered the welcome remarks, setting the tone for the consultation.
The consultation proper featured key presentations, starting with Dr. Michael T. Ibisate, Director of the Planning and Development Office, who discussed ASU’s 2024 physical accomplishments and targets for 2025-2026. This was followed by Budget Officer III, Mr. Robert Louie L. Dela Cruz, who presented the FY 2026 Budget Proposals.
An open forum moderated by Mr. Arthur E. Jizmundo, Planning Officer III, allowed stakeholders to voice concerns and provide input on budget allocations and institutional priorities. The event concluded with closing remarks from Dr. Anna Mae C. Relingo, VP for Administration, emphasizing the importance of collaborative planning in ensuring the university’s growth and sustainability.
