ASU President, Dr. Jeffrey A. Clarin, and Intellectual Property Management Office (IPMO) Director, Dr. Jollite A. Villaruz, attended the IP Convention 2024 on September 27, 2024, at Sam’s 21 Hotel, Diversion Road, Mandurriao, Iloilo City.
The convention featured cultural presentations, panel discussions by leading experts in Intellectual Property, and a Networking Night attended by various state universities and colleges, as well as agencies in the region.
At the event, Dr. Clarin participated in a Ceremonial Signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on behalf of ASU together with the Intellectual Property Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL), Regional Development Council (RDC) VI – RDIIC, and SUCs that have Innovation & Technology Support Office (ITSO) in Region VI.
