Aklan State University (ASU) and Capiz State University (CapSU) recently came together for a groundbreaking initiative aimed at fostering innovation and entrepreneurship in Western Visayas. The establishment of the Regional Agri-Aqua Technology Business Incubator (ATBI) Network marks a significant milestone in driving economic growth and sustainability in the region’s agriculture and aquaculture sectors.
