Aklan State University – Kalibo Campus held a special event on June 11 at the ASU – Kalibo Function Hall to recognize the students of the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) who joined the Student Internship Abroad Program (SIAP).<\/p>\n
The program started with a welcome message from Dr. Welfredo F. Cabelite Jr., SIAP Coordinator,. It was followed by congratulatory messages from Dr. Angeline G. Regalado, ASU-Kalibo Campus Director, and Dr. Jeffrey A. Clarin, SUC President III. Both expressed how proud they were of the students for representing ASU well and gaining valuable international experience.<\/p>\n
Dr. Adalbert Alcaide, from Addaper Management & Consultancy, gave a presentation about the students\u2019 performance and experiences during the internship. He talked about what they learned and how they grew during their stay overseas.<\/p>\n
After the presentation, Dr. Clarin and Dr. Regalado awarded certificates to all the SIAP participants in appreciation of their dedication and hard work.<\/p>\n

One of the participants, Ms. Crieza Sailaine Belle Fuentes, gave a heartfelt message to her fellow interns, encouraging them to use what they\u2019ve learned and to stay determined in reaching their goals.<\/p>\n
The program ended with closing remarks from Dr. Anna Mae Suzette T. Alejandria, who thanked everyone for their support and congratulated the students once again for this big achievement.<\/p>\n
