Clarin, served as the guest of honor and speaker for the 31st Philippine National Police (PNP) Ethics Day held on January 6, 2025, at Camp Martelino, Kalibo, Aklan. The event, which celebrated the core values of the PNP, carried the theme: \u201cService with integrity and accountability for a safe and peaceful Philippines.\u201d<\/div>\n

Dr. Clarin delivered an inspiring message emphasizing the importance of integrity and accountability in law enforcement. He highlighted the role of the PNP in shaping a safer, more just society and urged the officers to continually work together to achieve this shared vision.<\/div>\n
