Salido, presented their completed research &#8220;Design and Development of a Low-Cost Mobile Data Acquisition System for Small Crafts&#8221; or referred to as SEAWAVES (Sea-condition Emergency Alert and Warning Apparatus for Vessel Safety) project to the Coast Guard &#8211; Western Visayas last March 21, 2024 at Coast Guard District, Iloilo City.\r\n\r\nThis project was funded by the Department of Science and Technology &#8211; Philippine Council for Industry, Energy and Emerging Technologies Research and Development (DOST-PCIEERD), DOST VI and Aklan State University.
