READ & LOOK: STARPLAN VI held a Distribution and Transfer of Ownership of Equipment/Software-cum- Workshop at the Aklan State University-New Washington Campus on April 4, 2022.



The ASU New Washington Campus, as a partner HEI/ SUC for the project, received software for research and another software for laboratory use that is good for ten units of computers.
The equipment was turned over to the Aklan Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) as another partner agency.
The project is implemented by the De La Salle University-College of Engineering and DOST-PCIEERD.
The STARPLAN VI project aims to support the development of a sustainable local project transport route plan that integrates the road, air, and maritime transport network of Region VI using develop technologies.
Present during the activity were Engr. Riches Bacero, Mr. Jacob Llanto, and Dr. Alexis Fillone, Project Leader of STARPLAN VI, De La Salle University -College of Engineering.
On behalf of Aklan State University-New Washington Campus, Dr. Yasmin P. Tirol, Chair, International Affairs; Mr. Modesto Melden Intoy, OIC Chair, RDS; Mr. Ryan M. Basina, Chair, ICT/ MIS Services; Mr. Cristopher Solomon, and Mr. Junie Cuesta were present.
Staff from Aklan Provincial Government- Provincial Planning and Development Office (PPDO) headed by Engr. Roger M. Esto, Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator; Mr. Orlie K. Agudes, PDO-III; and Mr. Shirel Idala were also present.
