A Memorandum of Agreement between Aklan State University and Department of Science and Technology and Philippine Textile Research Institute (DOST-PTRI) was signed today, November 3, 2021.
The MOA signing was conducted over Zoom with ASU President Dr. Emily M. Arangote and DOST-PTRI staff in attendance.
The virtual MOA signing began with a prayer and singing of the Philippine National Anthem by Ms. Rochelle B. Bernillo, SR Assistant, followed by a Research Overview and Video Presentation by Ms Kimberly Viron, SR II, and then the introduction of Project Team by Mr. Ariel Voss C. Malabed, Project Assistant II.
DOST-PTRI Director, Dir. Celia B. Elumba gave her remarks followed by the remarks from ASU President, Dr. Arangote.
The MOA signing and photo opportunity then took place and the program ended with a closing remarks from Dr. Julius L. Leaño, Jr., Chief, RDD.
