ASU-BOR elects Dr. Clarin as 5th University President

In an overwhelming 10-1-1-0 vote, the ASU Board of Regents elected Dr. Jeffrey A. Clarin as the 5th University President of Aklan State University. The former Campus Director of ASU Kalibo bested three other candidates to the ASU Presidency. He will start his tour of duty as the university’s head of agency on June 16, 2024, upon the retirement of Dr. Emily M. Arangote, the outgoing president, on June 15.
