The University rest on its vision as the Academic Pillar of Excellence for sustainable development in the Province of Aklan and the Region, to carry on its tradition of producing professionals in the field of agriculture, forestry, veterinary medicine, fishery, arts and sciences, engineering and technology, education and management sciences. It hopes to develop globally competent professionals, leaders and entrepreneurs towards countryside sustainable development and continually uphold and drive in promoting the welfare and rights of the community members through a learner-centered academic milieu by which students are empowered to think critically and produce creative outputs that are on the level of their current knowledge and skills.
